Our team can often help troubleshoot plant issues or determine if your item qualifies for warranty coverage or in-store credit.
General Guidelines
The item must be present when making a claim.
Grow Program Members: no receipt needed (we can look you up!) IF information is provided.
Non-Members: please bring your original receipt.
All warranty claims are issued as in-store credit for the original purchase amount ~ no cash refunds.
Any item with a discount of 50% or greater is final sale.
🌳 Trees, Shrubs, & Hardy Plants
Must be correctly planted in the ground (see our pamphlet and our knowledgeable staff for more info!) and properly watered and cared for to qualify for warranty coverage.
Warranty until the end of the next growing season (September 15).
Warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by weather, animals, machinery, chemicals, or other acts of nature.
Email us photos and details prior to making a warranty claim.
For products installed and planted by Salisbury; warranty of the plant material does not include installation costs. For plants to be re-planted, additional charged will be incurred.
🌸 Tender Roses, Small Fruits, Perennials, & Vines
Warranty valid until the end of the current growing season (November 1).
No overwinter guarantee applies to these varieties.

🪴 Annuals, Houseplants, & Indoor Tropicals
Guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.
If your plant doesn’t thrive, with proper care, within this period, email us a few photos and details ~ we’ll do our best to help or advise on next steps.
