As a family-owned business we stay pretty busy, but we’re always happy to help our customers in any way we can! To keep our customer service as efficient as possible, check out some of our most frequently asked questions—you just might find the answer you’re looking for.
Salisbury Greenhouse and Salisbury Landscaping are located in the hamlet Sherwood Park, only 20 minutes from the city of Edmonton. Our address is 52337 Range Rd 232, Sherwood Park, AB.
Salisbury at Enjoy is located in the Enjoy Centre in St. Albert. Our address is 101 Riel Dr., St. Albert, AB.
Returns and exchanges can only be processed at the location the plant or product was purchased at.
ie. If plant was purchased at Salisbury Sherwood Park, it must be returned to Salisbury Sherwood Park.
Trees, Shrubs and Perennials:
Salisbury guarantees all trees and shrubs for TWO full years if properly cared for, unless stated otherwise by the product. If any tree or shrub fails to grow after being properly planted and water, Salisbury will issue a gift card for the purchase price or will exchange the plant for another plant of equal value. To claim under warranty, the plant must be returned, accompanied by your Salisbury receipt as proof of purchase. Replacements are no longer guaranteed.
Salisbury guarantees all perennials and vines for the current growing season only (ending November 1st). If the perennial or vine fails to go after being properly planted and watered, Salisbury will issue a gift card for the purchase price or will exchange the plant for another plant of equal value. To claim under warranty, the plant must be returned, accompanied by your Salisbury receipt as proof of purchase. Replacements are no longer guaranteed.
Tender Roses, Strawberries and Raspberries:
Are guaranteed for the current season only (ending November 1st). No over winter guarantee applies.
Other Product:
All indoor tropicals and houseplants are guaranteed for 30 days, must be accompanied by a Salisbury receipt.
Satisfaction guaranteed for all annuals the current growing season only, must be accompanied by a Salisbury receipt.
All non-living products can be returned for 30 days, must be accompanied by a Salisbury receipt.
All discounted items are final sale. We are not responsible for lost of stolen Salisbury gift cards.
We accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and gift cards purchased from our store.
Absolutely! You can now use your gift card at either location – Salisbury at Enjoy in St. Albert, or Salisbury Greenhouse in Sherwood Park!
