Grow Member Loyalty ProgramTerms & Conditions
Effective Date: April 1, 2026
The Salisbury Grow Member Program (“Program”) is offered by Salisbury Greenhouse Ltd. and its participating related divisions and brands (“Salisbury,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Eligibility
The Program is available to individuals who are residents of Canada and who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, or otherwise have the legal capacity to participate. Membership is intended for personal, household use only. Commercial, wholesale, contractor, institutional, and resale accounts may be excluded at Salisbury’s sole discretion. Only one membership account may be maintained per individual, per email address, unless otherwise approved by Salisbury. Rewards cannot be earned in combination with other discounts, such as group discounts (i.e. senior discounts, partner programs, etc.)
2. Enrollment
Enrolment is free unless otherwise stated by Salisbury. To join, a customer must provide the required registration information, which may include name, email address, phone number, and other account details. The member agrees to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep that information updated. Salisbury reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate enrolment where information is inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, duplicated, fraudulent, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms.
3. Program Overview
The Program is a relationship-based membership program designed to recognize customer engagement across participating Salisbury divisions. The Program may include multiple membership levels, member benefits, promotional offers, Grow Credits, service-related recognition, and other features determined by Salisbury from time to time.
Salisbury may determine in its sole discretion:
- which purchases qualify
- which divisions participate
- how membership levels are assigned
- what rewards, benefits, or offers apply
- when benefits are issued, adjusted, restricted, or revoked
4. Membership Levels
The Program currently includes Grow Member, Grow More, and Grow Together levels. Membership levels are based on internal qualification criteria established by Salisbury and may reflect factors such as visit frequency, service participation, purchase history, and relationship across divisions. Publicly posted spend thresholds are not required. Membership level assignment, review, upgrades, downgrades, or reclassification are determined automatically or manually by Salisbury at its discretion. Membership levels are personal, non-transferable, and have no cash value.
5. Grow Credits
Eligible members may earn Grow Credits on qualifying retail purchases at the rate applicable to their current membership level. Based on the current program model, Grow Member earns 3%, Grow More earns 5%, and Grow Together earns 8% on qualifying retail purchases.
Grow Credits:
- are earned on qualifying retail purchases only
- are not earned on landscaping projects or landscaping services
- are redeemable in retail only
- have no cash value
- may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash
- may not be combined with certain offers or promotions where prohibited by Salisbury
- expire after two years of no qualifying purchases
Salisbury reserves the right to set minimum redemption thresholds, issue Grow Credits after a transaction is completed, and round or calculate Grow Credits according to its internal system rules.
6. Exclusions
Unless otherwise stated, Grow Credits and qualifying activity do not apply to:
- gift card purchases
- taxes
- shipping or delivery fees
- charitable donations
- workshop or event ticket purchases, if excluded
- landscaping services or design/build project invoices
- commercial or wholesale purchases
- refunded, reversed, canceled, or fraudulent transactions
- any item or category designated by Salisbury as excluded
7. Expiry
Grow Credits accrue continuously and expire after two years of no qualifying purchases or account activity, unless otherwise required by law or stated by Salisbury. Inactive accounts may also be downgraded, suspended, or closed after extended inactivity.
8. Returns and Adjustments
If a qualifying purchase is returned, refunded, canceled, reversed, or adjusted, Salisbury may deduct the associated Grow Credits or adjust the member’s account balance and membership eligibility accordingly. If credits have already been redeemed in connection with a transaction later reversed, Salisbury may reduce future credits, cancel issued rewards, or otherwise recover the value of the improperly retained benefit.
9. Member Benefits
Program benefits may include, depending on level:
- member-only promotions and sale previews
- personalized content
- preferred seasonal booking access
- complimentary consultation offers
- early access to select projects or scheduling windows
- seasonal gifts or recognition items
- other benefits designated by Salisbury from time to time
All benefits:
- are subject to availability
- may be limited by season, timing, inventory, geography, or staffing
- may be modified, substituted, suspended, or discontinued at any time
- may not be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash
10. Landscaping Services
The Program does not provide discounts on landscaping services. Landscaping services, project pricing, and service contracts remain separate from Grow Credit earning or redemption, except where Salisbury expressly identifies a non-discount member benefit related to scheduling, consultation, recognition, or service access.
11. Communications
By joining the Program, members consent to receive transactional and program-related communications, including enrollment confirmations, account notices, Grow Credit updates, and membership-related information. If a member separately opts in to marketing communications, Salisbury may also send promotional emails, offers, updates, and related content. Members may unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time, though Program-related operational
messages may still be sent where permitted.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Program will be used and disclosed in accordance with Salisbury’s Privacy Policy and applicable laws. This may include using member data to administer the Program, track purchases, personalize communications, evaluate engagement, and improve customer experience.
13. Misuse and Fraud
Salisbury may review any membership account for suspected misuse, abuse, duplicate enrolment, fraudulent activity, inappropriate redemption, commercial use, or conduct inconsistent with these Terms. Where Salisbury believes misuse or fraud has occurred, it may suspend or terminate the account, cancel Grow Credits or benefits, reverse rewards, and refuse future participation.
14. Program Changes
Salisbury reserves the right, at any time and in its sole discretion, to:
- amend these Terms and Conditions
- change membership levels
- change Grow Credit rates
- modify or remove benefits
- add or remove participating divisions
- revise qualifying rules
- suspend or terminate the Program in whole or in part
Any changes become effective when posted by Salisbury or otherwise communicated. Continued participation in the Program after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Termination by Member
A member may cancel participation at any time by contacting Salisbury or following the account cancellation process, if available. Upon cancellation, any unused Grow Credits or benefits may be forfeited.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Salisbury is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or related to the Program, including account errors, system interruptions, delayed credits, expired benefits, or the
modification or termination of the Program.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
